Releases 7th August 2025.
An EP named after an important city in my life. And an important person in may life.
Storgatans Walk of Fame – I have a secret dream (well, not so secret anymore) to one day see my own name on one of those stones, and joining other great Ängelholmare. But the track, I am for something epic. Something everlasting. Something that makes an impression. Timeless, if there is something that can be called that (everything ages, right?).
Ankorna vid ån – in Ängelholm there is a river that flows through the city, and giving it rich green areas and also some natural animal-life. A common sight, is the ducks (ankorna) that inhabits the river and its surroundings. This track is a representation of their presence.
Gott i solen vid Vita Räck – Vita Räck, a nice place by said river. Filled with flowers and trees and nice grass areas where it is very nice to spend some time in the sun. The closeness to the center of the city, with stores and food opportunities makes this, for me at least, a nice place to chill a while. The track is a representation of chilling in the sun by the river.
Alla turer kring Pyttebron – An infected political question in Ängelholm. Pyttebron. A historic piece in Ängelholm, named after hens that walked freely by the railroad track that used to be on the bridge. Some want to keep it as it is, others say it is necessary for the development of the the city, to change it and make it a vital part of the road infrastructure for cars. Some say this is the only available option, some say differently. I say that it is part of the history of Ängelholm. I say that it adds a tremendous natural value. I say that both parts are important to the city. I also say that it is important for a city to develop and grow. And I say that I am glad it is not up to me to decide.
